Aurora Business Owners Frustrated They Weren’t among Dozens Chosen for $10,000 Grants
Aurora has more than 6,000 businesses, and aldermen recently approved a list of 56 of them that were chosen to receive between $5,000 and $10,000 in free money to offset losses during the pandemic. Some entrepreneurs are frustrated because their grant applications got rejected while others wonder why the city didn’t inform them about the opportunity.
