Highway Department Crews Clear the Way to Safe Travels Year Round in Aurora Township

Whether they’re plowing snow, repairing potholes or removing tree branches, the Aurora Township Highway Department stays busy in all seasons maintaining 40 miles of roads in the unincorporated areas of Aurora, Montgomery and North Aurora. Highway Commissioner Jason Owens asks drivers to be patient and slow down near crews digging ditches, replacing culverts and making the streets safer. Owens welcomes you to report road hazards like dead animals, fallen limbs or drainage issues by calling 630-892-0246 or emailing info@athd.org
