Speaker 1: Suzy, from Club Pilates. Pilates is increasingly just gaining popularity. What is Pilates?
Suzi Positano: Pilates is amazing. Pilates came back way in the 1960s by a gentleman named Joe. And he has created so many wonderful things to help so many women of all different ages. And it works every part of your body from your core to your arms and to your legs. And someone like me, who is a gymnast, former gymnast who has torn cartilages and frozen shoulders, there's so many ways that you can modify and it's for every age.
Speaker 3: You have a lot of moms that come to the three locations that you're involved in. How does the reformer help the core, the pelvic core after childbirth?
Suzi Positano: Well, that's what's amazing about Pilates is because you can do so many different exercises, so many different programs, but in Pilates and being on the reform and the way that you're stretching.
Speaker 1: What about the fellas?
Suzi Positano: We do have men that come in and men love it. Absolutely. It's for everybody.
