Saturday's Turkey Trot 5K on the Fox River Stirs Friendly Rivalry between Aurora East & West Schools
Hundreds of supporters of Aurora schools are trotting along the river path in the second annual Tom-A-Hawk Turkey Trot 5K on Nov. 19. Named for the East Aurora Tomcats and West Aurora Blackhawks, the fundraiser features runners and walkers of all ages, vendors, a DJ, an awards ceremony at Wilder Park and a post-race party at Two Brothers Roundhouse.
