Richard Irvin Complains J.B. Pritzker Meddled in Most Expensive Primary in State History

Gubernatorial candidate Richard Irvin delivered a stirring concession speech after the polls closed Tuesday. About 200 supporters gathered at his campaign headquarters in downtown Aurora, where Irvin criticized the incumbent Democratic governor for spending money to influence who Republican voters chose as his opponent in the general election.
