Residents Question Recent Campaign Contributions to Mayor from Contractor Getting $1.3 Million

Aurora residents criticized the city council for approving more than $1.3 million in public money for Scientel Solutions because the company’s CEO just contributed to the mayor’s campaign fund. A report says the money will pay for engineers to replace and maintain the city’s computer network and security cameras.

Way to go - bringing what’s hidden into the light. Residents of Aurora need to know what’s happening in city government but not many people ever attend a City Council meeting. Keep up the good work!
