Former Inmate Goes Back to Prison to Turn Lives around with Help of Kane County Sheriff
George “Chicano” Gutierrez spent 23 years in prison because he was behind the wheel of a car when someone in that car shot and killed a man. He recently went back behind bars because Kane County Sheriff Ron Hain opened the door to a program allowing him to inspire current inmates to turn their life around by following his example of success on the outside.
