Council Votes on $4.5 Million Early Payment for Alderman’s Company Developing Old Hospital Site
Aurora agreed to give Fox Valley Developers $9 million towards the $128 million senior housing project at the site of the old Copley Hospital – $4.5 million at the start and $4.5 million at the end. Though the project is more than a year behind schedule and still not completed, city council approved the final payment to Alderman Ron Woerman’s company.
