Aurora Township Trustee Juanita Wells Retiring Next Year after 11 Years on Township Board

Juanita Wells is one of four Aurora Township trustees who oversees programs for seniors and children, two groups dear to her heart. Wells has been a township resident for more than four decades and got involved in public service to help pass a referendum for the East Aurora School District, where she served on the board for 18 years.  After 11 years on the Aurora Township Board, Wells has decided to retire. If you are interested in running for her seat that will open in 2025, you can register as a candidate this November through the Kane County Clerk.
