City Council candidate Gautam Bhatia says Aurora aldermen are not addressing issues that impact residents the most, from traffic safety to potholes. Bhatia says problems are not solved permanently, especially in low income and middle class neighborhoods. He is seeking support in his bid to beat incumbent Patty Smith in the April 4 election.
