City Council candidate David Cannon says Aurora aldermen must stop making TIF deals that divert tax money to developers before residents have a chance to give input. In our series of candidate interviews, Cannon asks voters to support him in the April 4 election because he plans to be more responsive to constituents than his opponent, incumbent Alderman Carl Franco.
